Our home base. RAA Roofing's office is on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, and roughly a third of every roof we install is within five miles of our front door.

Tarzana
Tarzana is five minutes from our office and one of our most active roofing service areas. Large lots, big tile roofs, and the hillside view homes that need real engineering on every reroof.

Encino
Encino roofs are some of our favorite to work on - mid-century low-slope sections, sprawling Amestoy tile estates, and the steep view-lot pitches off Hayvenhurst. Careful tear-offs without breaking the architecture.

Sherman Oaks
Sherman Oaks is one of our busiest service areas - aging 1950s-1970s shingle roofs all coming due for replacement at once, plus the tile and TPO work in the hillside neighborhoods south of Ventura.

Calabasas
Calabasas roofs trend luxury - estate-scale tile, slate, and copper standing-seam jobs that take advantage of hillside views. Permits go through LA County or City of Calabasas depending on the address.

Pasadena is historic-preservation territory. Many of our roofs here involve Landmark District review, CHRD approvals, and the care required to reroof a 1910 Craftsman without ruining what makes it one.
